the frame scale is unnecessarily restrictive to 10% steps. this simple change fixes that and makes it adjustable in 1% steps.

Thanks for this. I will merge it with next release. For now you can keep it local. I have a git flow setup with a private develop branch, so merging it here will mess up my git flow. I did not want to expose my develop branch to the public. Cheers
