Add Tumble Dryer support, tested with haier HD80-A3959 and Bulgarian translation #6

The Bulgarian translation is not 100% ready, but the dryer lines are.
There is still a lot of work to be done on the dryer support, but for a start I think it's good.
Tested with haier HD80-A3959.
My experience so far with the gvigroux plugin I've been involved with shows that Candy dryers are of a different logic and what I've done won't work with them fully.

Hi, looks good! I will publish a new release later 🙂
Theoretically I hope it works like the tuya integration and each device exposes the keys that are available. But I have too few devices to really find out how the hOn api works. I hope someone can be found to test the candy compatibility.
